Pretty decent build. Rigid padding that may soften over time. Good luck getting any parts to assemble or instructions for that matter. Parts requested, let's see if they reply. I ordered three chairs in different colors. All three had missing parts...very frustrating.

After receiving the chair it was pretty easy to assemble and assemble. It's quite comfortable and seemed to be quite durable, so I was surprised when the part of the base that attached to the back of the chair broke (3 months after purchase). I would recommend looking for other options as I expected a chair that costs this much to last more than a few months.

This is an uncomfortable chair. The seat is not deep and the cushion wears out after a month. My main complaint is that the chair creaks a lot. Adjust to the chair, squeak. I get up, look. I sit down, eat. Do what you want, queek. I use this chair for work as I work from home. It's frustrating and I hate moving while I'm in a web conference when other people hear it.

This chair is NOT comfortable at all! I'm 5'4 1/2" and it's not built for short people, even if it's the shortest. The armrests are wobbly and not strong. The upside of this chair is that the recliner portion is completely flat, but that's about it it literally. It's not for all of you or your legs will dangle like mine and I'm short! Save money and buy yourself a decent chair! They returned my chair and ordered an office chair!

This chair was easy to assemble and appears to be made of quality materials. Some of the fabric between the zipper on the massage cushion got caught, but I fixed it and it wasn't a problem. The chair feels solid, even if the reclining function leaves something to be desired in terms of safety. I'm 6ft 9" and just under the weight limit for this chair.
