No compression on Active

I have several different brands of these training shorts with built in compression and they are by far the worst in terms of compression. The compression is very loose, doesn't hold you back when you run and constantly rides up your hips. I'm 5ft 10", 170lbs and definitely not the type to skip leg day. Shorts are great, compression sucks. I'll probably cut off the lining and wear my regular compression shorts.

TOO BIG Active: Active Shorts

Using the size chart provided, I bought the large one. I'm 5'10, 170 and wear 33" Levi skinny jeans. The waist is ok but a little big. Of course you can tighten the drawstring but I had some extra fabric around my waist. No compression at all. In fact the one dangled Liners very much on the leg. Despite all that, they look solid. I'm switching to Med.

Inconsistent but not terrible

So I have two pair of these pants. Black on white from the same company. After trying both on I noticed that the white would not compress and the phone pocket was too wide to fit my phone and it kept my phone moving while running. That wasn't a problem for the black ones I bought. However, the first time I used it, there was a hole in my pocket. I considered just returning it for a new one, but didn't want to waste my time. So now I only use them for training. I like them, don't get me wrong…

improper size; Zippers don't last long

I ordered a pair of shorts and I love the fit. The zip on one of the pockets broke after only a few uses and while disappointing it didn't really matter as the zip on the other picket still worked. I ordered two more pairs, the same size as the first one but they were a lot smaller in the waist than the first pair I ordered. Lined inner pockets are just what you need.

After searching countless websites I tried to find shorts like Fabletics that had an inside pocket and weren't worth the money. I found them. I like the quality, although the inner pocket can be around 2-3mm wider for phones with cases or some of the larger newer phones on the market.
