High quality smoky invisible yarn, will not slip off the spool like other tough and cheap invisible yarns. I use it for quilting and hemming towels and mending clothes. I reduce the thread tension and it works fine on my Brother SE 400 sewing machine. Arrived quickly, good seller!

Luckily I have both a vertical and horizontal spool on my machine as it is not fed from a horizontal spool holder. I think this is because the coil has no top and kind of magically wraps itself around the horizontal post and then clicks. As others have pointed out, it's as thick as a human hair, maybe even thinner.

This was just what I needed to finish a quilting project I was working on. The other brands I tried were so good I couldn't thread them through the needle. This brand was good enough for my project, but I was able to thread the needle and it was generally easy to work with. There were also absolutely no problems with breakage.
