Bright but badly made. I think that's to be expected for the price. Do not attempt to bend these lights vertically. They break easily. The wired connection zone is also poorly made and unstable. The shrink tube is not stretched and slides off easily. I would rate the adhesive base as satisfactory, but not good enough for most outdoor applications.

Bought these lights to use as turn signals on my bike. They were decently bright, but their biggest downside was the double-sided tape they used. I apply it after cleaning the surface and let the glue dry overnight. On my first motorcycle ride, they swayed in the wind about 10 minutes into the ride. These were good quality LEDs but I wouldn't buy them unless you plan to buy a separate double sided tape.

This is not a 5050 diode LED - I've worked with many LED setups and it's pretty obvious when you hold it in your hands. It's 3528 at best (half the size/brightness of a typical 5050) so shame on the seller for false advertising. I always bench test before installing and they may not even install. I'm sure I can find another use for them so they can be thrown into the parts bin. Damn. I was in a hurry and decided to try these - should have known better.

Complete crap. Checked the strips before installation. Everything was good. Went ahead and installed 2 of these, carefully and correctly routed all the wires. Turned on the light for another test and it worked for about 2 minutes. You then shorted INSIDE the clear plastic case which in turn blew the LED controller I was using. Three out of four didn't work, probably because of the terrible packaging. They weren't folded for packing or flat packed, they were FOLDABLE which broke them. When I first saw them I shook my head at their stupidity but didn't care much as for my purposes they wouldn't be visible, just their light and they don't need to be waterproof. Cute bright lights. You can actually crop them. Each set of three is separated by a trellis that can be cut just behind the trellis making the light shorter. These are great headlights for car accent lighting. I cut them out and installed them under the dash and behind the front seats of a 2016 GMC Yukon. I only needed a red LED but since it was hard to find I bought these LED strips. Since I only needed one LED, I cut the tape into three LEDs and sealed two of them with black tape.
