It is scratched. So was damaged either before or during shipping. The assembly lock popped out when I placed it on the vacuum cleaner. The nozzle was just smaller than the original, it couldn't suck.🤷‍♀️

This was a life saver. I love my Shark and when the hose broke I was frustrated because I didn't want to spend money to buy a new one just because the hose broke. I ordered this one and it's a lot cheaper than repairing a new vacuum.

Yes, the replacement grip is easy to install. Worked great for 4 months until the big red clip/release button broke during use. It is not possible to hold the handle/hose on the adhesive tape! High hopes for $36 but unfortunately cheap materials and poor workmanship!

Arrived broken. The latch that connects the handle to the hose turned out to be lower quality plastic than the original latch on my Shark Navigator Deluxe. The color wasn't the same as my dark blue either. Didn't think it was worth the price. Might work well for others, but doesn't work for me.

The clamp that holds the hose in place breaks easily. I bought 2 in 6 months. We need to find another source. This will help if you rarely use the attachments, but if you remove the hose to use the attachments don't expect it to last very long.

Bought in February but the clip for the replacement pen was already broken and split (as recently as May). The problem is that it's stuck and I can't get it out to replace because the clamp won't release it from the long tube anymore. Don't waste your time and money, it's better to look for something else.

We have 3 sharks. 2 old jacks and a newer model that we had to order to replace the hose assembly. Being able to get replacement parts for our Sharks at a fair price means the Shark is a real value. This is the best range of vacuums we've had and the best part is that it's quite cheap and performs better than the expensive Dyson.

Very disappointed with this product. I ordered one as a replacement. It broke. The cover holding the spring and latch didn't hold, so I ordered another one. Replacing the spare did the same damn thing. My husband JB welded on a second spare hose so my vacuum can now be used but I can't use the short hose. Big disappointment!
