So I had to return the first set I bought for my son's upcoming October wedding because 3 of the votives we're very broken from the shipping. I was very surprised to see that there was no plastic bubble wrap around either box. I returned and asked for a replacement. Hoping the return arrived back to the vendor because I never got word. So I really wanted to like this napkin holder because it’s so adorable! But it’s really just not functional. The white top is slippery so the napkins always slip off when you try to grab one. Also, the gold piece isn’t weighted so it just stays propped up unless you push it down onto the pile of napkins. I don’t recommend this for everyday use but maybe for special occasions? I purchased two different vests and this one by far was easier to put on then the other so we immediately decided to keep this one even though it was twice the price. The L was a great fit for my pitbull terrier mix. I measured his chest around 32 and his neck about 20 inches and decided on the large. The quality seemed very good.
