The dimensions on the photos are INCORRECT, they show the inner area where you place the rod is 1.3 inches, however there is a wide "edge" that takes up so much space that you can place a 1 inch -Can't put rod in a 1.3 inch rod. ! If you're as sick of cheap plastic cabinets falling off the wall as I am, this is a must have. Plastic simply should not be used in this application as it is virtually guaranteed to fail. These hangers are very durable and easy to install (assuming you have a drill/screwdriver of course).

Very easy to install and perfect for areas of the home where a standard curtain rod isn't possible. In addition, the very strong curtains that we hung hide the recesses for the toys, so, as you can imagine, the children are constantly touching the curtains and sometimes even sitting on them, and the rod never falls.

I used new rod holders to replace the plastic rod holders that broke in my caravan. The screws that came with the brackets weren't strong enough to pierce the sheet metal behind the wall of my closet. Longer Screws Wall screws would be nice if it weren't for sheet metal, which is scarce in the home. A short set screw would not be a problem indoors, but in a trailer that is rocking on the road, the rod will most likely pop out of the bracket with the short set screw.
