Good product but the instructions are missing. I found the FM sensitivity to be quite good. So far I can't get the thing to work at all. When I plug this into a USB port, Windows either doesn't see it or it comes back with "Windows doesn't recognize the device because of a device error" and error code 43, and when it shows up in Device Manager it says "Unknown USB device (failed device descriptor request)" with a yellow triangle and !.
