Cheap and functional

This is a great option for people who need a drill press but (like me) don't have the space or money for a proper one. Of course it has its limitations, but what it has works great. The main caveat is that the base is too small, too light and not cast iron (I think the translation got a bit mixed up and they have "Guss" for "cast" and "iron" for "steel" used without realizing that "cast iron" is a special alloy in English - not being a native speaker, I've made similar mistakes myself while…

Do not buy inferior devices that are not suitable for the US market.

If I could give this product a zero rating I would. The product is not intended for the American aftermarket, the quality is poor, the parts are plastic, the instructions contain no English (or any work at all), the words and illustrations are poorly done. The tool is a good idea and will serve a good purpose but the execution is very poor, better build material and instructions result in a slightly higher price but again the tool will be a bargain and will work for most men's craft projects…
