Enhancing Audio Quality: YOUSHARES Yeti Nano Microphone Foam Windscreen for Crystal Clear Recordings Review

I have a mic boom attached with my Yeti Nano and it works great for reducing audio clicks and keeping my mic clean. It doesn't fit perfectly, but it works. If my mic boom had been oriented differently and my mic was pointing down, which is sometimes optimal, it would certainly have fallen off. I wish Yeti would build this kind of pop filter for their mics, but it does.

See this thing works on the nano if you pull it down pretty hard but the Fold up if obviously there for another microphone because the Nano doesn't have that shape. Also, for $9, I was expecting a decent piece of stuff made specifically for the Nano. This is NOT a mold for the Nano, this is a universal, universal case for small microphones. The material is flimsy, cheap, and the foam is probably around 7 cents.

Do almost the same thing. The only difference is that Nano is smaller. So if you need a very small microphone, go for it. But there is nothing special about them. I don't like the plastic construction. It turns out cheap. If you want to do a lot of podcasts, there are many options that are much better. I have a $25 mic that works the same as the Nano. It's so hard to get through I returned these.

The fit is rather poor. It is heterogeneous, meaning one side is much thicker than the other. This gives you the chance to try both ways, but won't work for those using the mic omnidirectionally. It comes compressed in a typical Chinese plastic bag, giving it an oddly shaped look when placed over the mic. It is too expensive. Shouldn't cost more than €2. Unfortunately I kept trying to get this to work with my Surface Pro and it kept crashing unexpectedly. When I gave up, the time for me to get it back was over. Now I have to go to the Blue Yeti manufacturer and write out a repair slip and hope hope hope (as they say) that it can be replaced. It will be replaced with the same model which I don't want. I bought it to improve the sound quality when making tutorial videos for work. I've been using it almost every day, all day for about 2 months and it works great. It connects to my computer via a USB port, and I plug my wired headset into the jack on the bottom of the Yeti, which makes things easier.
