The weird square top is not flattering at all. Too big, the top of the hat sticks out too much. Nice design, just not sewn properly. But warm and comfortable. Maybe if I wash and dry it it will shrink and fit properly.

Nice warm hat. I liked that the front pin is removable. It's a bit tight, but my head tends to be bigger than most. It also has a strong chemical odor. After taking it out of the bag and leaving it for a few hours, the odor subsided slightly. I'm not sure if it will ever go away.

I was looking for a nice wool hat with a matching peak to protect my eyes and that's exactly what I needed! The beak is a good size, the hat is lined and very warm, surprisingly well protected from light rain and snow. I've only had it for a few weeks so can't vouch for durability but if it lasts a year I'll happily buy another.

This hat is hot. I work outdoors in extreme conditions and when I work a lot it sometimes gets too hot because he is so fat. But the inner material is the softest I've ever had in a hat. If you have a very large head, it may not cover the bottom of your ears. It only covers my vertices.

Either the model has a tiny head or I have a small one, but the thing barely stays on the head and won't ride up and down. Doesn't cover my ears unless I take them off a lot. Just not deep enough. Luckily it fits a much younger family member so I don't have to fiddle with returning it. Disappointing however.

Sorry but I just threw mine away. The image shows a hat covering the man's ears. If you pull on it very hard and then fold back that brim, you will force it to cover your ears. But if you're doing your own thing (I swept snow off the paved road), your hat has slipped off your ears. A warm hat should stay on the ears. It was comfortable and looked okay, but I just didn't like how warm the hat was.
