Description of πŸ”΄ YSTOOL Brake and Clutch Fluid Hand Pump Vacuum Bleeder Tool Kit - Efficient Brake Oil Change and Power Steering Fluid Bleeding Set for Auto Car Truck Motorcycle Use (Red)

This multi-functional brake bleeder hand vacuum pump kit can be widely used to test a variety of essential vehicle settings and operations, such as Computerized Engine Control Devices, Ignition Control Devices, Air Condition & Heating Controls, Cruise Control Systems, Brake Systems etc. especially work for changing brake clutch fluid and power steering oil. Use the hand pump to form negative pressure in the brake system, sucks out waste oil and air, and guide the new oil to fill all the system. 3 differently sized black L type rubber connectors and 2 straight cone rubber connectors are included in the brake clutch bleeder kit, can connect with the brake bleeder valve on any vehicle or motorcycle that use standard brake bleed valves. Use the closest sized one to ensure a tight fit. And bleed from master cylinder to wheel cylinder and caliper. A universal cup adapter is packed in the power steering bleed kit, can use as a vacuum sealer to match with your reusable vacuum food storage bag. The hand operated vacuum pump adopts brass cylinder with a -30 to 0inHg gauge, has pressure-maintaining function and with a pressure relief valve on the cylinder, and uses rubber trigger cover to protect hand. The 2PCS 20"L and 2PCS 4"L transport hoses are transparent, help to observe if the waste oil is all pumped out, and when you see the clear new brake oil is sucked out in the hose without the air bubble, then done. In the brake caliper bleeder kit, there is a 120ml / 4.5oz storage jar, which has liquid storage cover and liquid transfer cover with 2PCS O-rings for sealing. Please note, there is a connected direction request for the liquid transfer cover, connect the side marked "TO PUMP" to hand pump by short 4"L hose, if not, the waste oil may be sucked into the manual brake bleeder vacuum pump and destroy it. Do not invert the jar while using too. If after pumping several times and you can not pump any more, but the index keeps on certain readings without dropping, maybe it is because of a blocked brake bleeder valve. You need to clean the brake bleeder valve first, and then do not forget to suck out the air if you do not change the waste oil this time. Also we supply 1 year warranty, please feel free to purchase. Please contact us by Amazon message system if there is any question, we will reply in 24 hours.

Cheap materials - tools and equipment

The rubber tips attached to the blessed fitting are weak and leaking. Also, the rubber end was splitting, so I had to find another way to connect it to the duct connector. I made it, but it wasn't easy.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • The list will go on.

Went back to a cheap bottle

I went this route not to get in the car to hit the brake. Well, this thing causes so many blisters compared to just slamming on the brakes. I wouldn't buy it again. May be good for other purposes.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Good overall for tools and gear

Does the job but could do better. Not very easy to use, especially with gloves and oil streaks here and there. Would be glad if there was something to hold the tube attached to the caliper bleed screw. I think practice makes perfect.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Fits

worked for me on tools and equipment

Works fine, you just have to make sure the gasket that goes around the rim of the cup sits right in that little groove. Don't try to press on the lid or you'll get a good seal. Every time you drain the liquid, it takes time to level it. As long as you do this it will work, hold the pressure and perform well.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • old

The sealing ring in the pump is not seated correctly! Fly off the collar!

This is a vacuum pump assembly and when I used it on the brakes I didn't open the fluid valve. Raised it to almost 25 inches of mercury and it lost suction. The sealing ring has slipped out of the sleeve. Very disappointing! I had to stop, open and repair a mechanic's work! Crap! Time is money.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • So far so good

It's not worth it. for brake tools

the case it came in was very nice and it looked like a well built pump. But as you can see from the picture the o-rings were too big and so it was very difficult to maintain a proper seal. Make a good seal, but still not enough to suck oil through the exhaust valves. I've also tried using it to pump oil out of the master cylinder oil reservoir, but that didn't work. This is my experience, it may be different for others.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • hard to tell
