For a man who is 5'10" and weighs 175 lbs this is a medium sized comfortable casual shirt but its considerable stretch and feel is definitely not cotton. so smooth and flexible all over. It also wrinkles not that light - another sign it's a mix Plus get compliments on it, if you have a choker put it on - looks great with a wider and lower neckline.
