Tape is too thin

Tape is too thin, doesn't stick to anything and is just a waste of money. I bought masking tape to mark my Chromebook in class. The tape wasn't sticking to the Chromebook or the cables. I tried taping it with the previous Avery labels I've used and the tape came off the labels after an hour. I tried using the strap on my personal calendar and it came off the next day. Huge waste of money and I bought a set for my colleague. Very upset, this product does not work.

Useless quality!

I loved these tapes but was disappointed with their quality. I have both other bands of this brand but this set is very bad. When I tried to unroll it to use it left sticky marks on the tape underneath and it tore evenly. It kept tearing crooked even though I slowly unfolded it. It also came off at a spot where the sticky part remained on the tape at the bottom. I think I have a bad batch or an old batch but they are pretty much useless.

Good price for beginners but don't expect miracles

After reading mixed reviews I was cautiously optimistic about this set. This is definitely an inexpensive set of bands and it shows. Does the job for a starter set. The grip isn't great except on plain paper. Don't expect it to have a strong bond with glossy paper, paint, or textured finishes. It peels off easily without damaging or leaving marks. Something is wrong with the adhesive, it is difficult to unfold and leaves a sticky film

Update November 2020: In the end I threw away all the rolls. I hated them because they were really pretty, but I just couldn't get over their stickiness: more glue on the top of the tape than the bottom, the edges are sticky, the top is sticky, the part that should be is sticky not as much. I have about 150 washi rolls and none of them look like this one. The washi in the flower kit I ordered is very pretty, but there is something wrong with the glue - it sticks very strongly to the roll itself
