I'll tell you. This is the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn in my entire life. I don't know what these shoes are made of, candi cotton, clouds, unicorn farts, whatever it is, it's perfection. Just a piece of advice. Find out your actual shoe size. Good quality basic walking shoes, nice and comfortable, good support. The shell has a lining (a bit soft, not just a flimsy/thin fabric like everyone else. It protects my feet a bit) and the sole feels nice and durable. The tread doesn't pick up small rocks and the feel is pretty good - sort of like my old Converse but with a little more than canvas all around. As for running, probably not the best.
