Perfect Addition to Home Tea Brewing

This mixing tool is a fantastic addition to any home tea brewing setup. It's easy to use and ensures a perfect blend of matcha every time. The design is sleek and modern, adding a touch of elegance to any kitchen. The only downside is that it's made of plastic and may not be as durable over time. Overall, a great investment for tea enthusiasts.

Pros
  • Easy and convenient way to prepare and mix matcha tea in traditional Japanese style.
Cons
  • Requires additional knowledge and skill to properly use and handle the yuzamashi to control the tea's temperature and ensure proper mix.

Smooth finish. Matcha tea slips off instantly

This spoon is very smooth, no roughness or nicks. The matcha powder slides right off of it, so there's absolutely no wasted tea. I've used a stainless steel teaspoon before and it's likely that the metal's electrical charge caused the tea to stick to it and a lot of tea was wasted. I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros
  • Japanese tea ceremony utensils
Cons
  • old
