I've been wearing Z-Coil shoes for 7 years. When I walked 3 blocks in every other shoe I tried, the pain made me stick my feet out for hours. For the FIRST time in a day I walked the Z-Coil 2 miles on a 12 block per mile path and NEVER had to raise my legs. When transitioning to a new style, it took me a while to find the right size and the right pair for my odd height. Feet, online. Easier in store but help was respectful and very good online.

I really love the Z-Coil brand. This is my fifth pair. I've been buying them since the day they were available and even had stores in the mid 2000's. The build quality is amazing, the shoes themselves last for years and even if the base of the spring comes loose you can either glue it back on or just order a new spring. The laces are rubbish. Mine didn't last more than two weeks. The laces are too thin. I also bought mountain boots and they had the same point of failure. I also recommend buying

I have been using MBT for several years - they have helped with middle and lower back pain along with a few other things.
