They just didn't work in my Samsung ML-2545, tried both and neither worked properly (I kept trying). The printer said "no communication code", put the original back in and the code disappeared. The power plug on the cartridge was slightly different than the original and was never fully inserted.

Installed the first yesterday. I had to turn the printer off and on again to clear the "Incompatible" message, but after that was fixed the first few prints were dark and crisp. If the capacity is sufficient and the prints continue to look just as good, we will be very satisfied. The price was good and the instructions clear enough for my wife to complete the installation under my watchful eye. (She had never done this before and had her doubts.) Very pleased at this early stage.

I have a Samsung ML2525 laser printer and these cartridges fit perfectly and the print quality is very good. It's good that there are 2 cartridges in the box, so when the time comes when it runs out, I'll just put the 2nd one in. I've used another brand before and while they were good too, they were a bit pricey.

This toner does not work with Samsung ML-2525 or ML-2525W. It doesn't fit like other toner cartridges. You must force the door closed and then determine if the printer detects that the toner door is closed. I can no longer print with the cartridge and now have no way to print a return label.

Got this for my Samsung SCX-4623. Samsung toner was almost 65 per cartridge. I got two of these for almost 1/3 the price! I followed the directions on the box and in the insertion guide to make sure I removed all the protective tapes to allow the cartridge to be used, also gave it a little shake before installing it to even out the toner spread and voila, got how worked a magic and saved over $100 compared to buying Samsung branded toner cartridges. Eat it, Samsung. I just want them to send…
