So I bought this before and the quality and colors were great, this time it's terrible. The black comes out either gray or dark blue, the colors come out because the printer only had a few colors, but I actually have over 3/4 of each cartridge. I am very disappointed in the quality and do not recommend it.

So far these refill cartridges have done the job. I saw a random artifact on a random site. The printer's test graphics look as close to the original as I can tell. I received a junk print but it was a scaled scan so not sure if I can blame the toner.

Samsung 1810w Printer. The yellow toner printed yellow on my white background. I asked for a replacement and they quickly sent one. However, the replacement was worse than the first. The red print also faded a bit and was covered over with yellow toner. I've searched the internet for answers to this problem and all the answers I've found have been faulty toner. Send all back.

I was a bit skeptical about this toner pack when I read the negative review and the fact that the price was significantly lower than other options but I'm happy to report my first prints looked good Awesome! Installation was even easier than you might think from the instructions. All you have to do is remove the two orange plastic protectors and insert the cartridges into the appropriate areas of the toner tray. I had to unplug and plug it back in for it to recalibrate. I was very surprised to see how these things were packaged after previous experience with third party toner cartridges. The product box is thick and aesthetically pleasing with a smooth finish. In the box, the cartridges are arranged horizontally, their ends are fixed in polystyrene foam and with a sufficient distance between the cartridges.
