The black toner looks good but as said is not as dark and glossy as the OEM toner. It is absolutely suitable for home use. but I wouldn't use it for important business presentation materials. Easy to install and great price.

I bought this cartridge almost a year ago and even though the printer still shows a lot of capacity remaining (43%), the print is full of streaks and fading. While the price is okay for 2500 impressions, it gets very expensive if it only lasts 1000 (which was my case).

I like the product. It works without any problems, but produces a different print result than the Samsung cartridges I have used before. Black text looks very matte as opposed to the dark glossy text you get with a Samsung cartridge. This makes the result look like it was printed on an inkjet printer rather than a high quality color laser printer. No problem for everyday use, just not as good as the manufacturer's cartridges.

I've tried "cheap" inks before and been disappointed. For some reason, against common sense and against the sacred oath I swore to the Lady of the Lake, I decided to try this brand. Maybe it's because I broke my vows, I'll probably never know, but that ink was a waste of my money. Brand ink (Samsung) that I usually buy lasts at least 6 months. UPDATE. The company contacted me after I posted my review. They did their best to fix everything. They sent me another cartridge and it works great. I changed my review but couldn't give them 5 stars due to issues with the first item. Initially this toner did a great job but then it started to fade. Now the cartridge only prints grey. Nothing is printed in black. This happened about a week after installation. My printer is less than a year old, so it's not my machine. Very disappointed about…

I have used this company's OEM cartridges in at least 6 or 8 laser printers for several years and they have been as good as Samsung's brands. Not so with this one. Black ran out so I tried this instead of the much more expensive Samsung brand. Mistake. I had to print several business cards as I use this printer for all my business documents including brochures etc. The black paint is blotchy and looks awful.
