Update July 24, 2020 I recently thought the "D" key was starting to hit and miss. I turned the keyboard over and tapped it lightly from below. This seems to have fixed the problem. In the meantime I have ordered a replacement keyboard. I ordered the exact same model. That's how much I like the Zagg Flex Slim Keyboard.
