You must support the part that holds the tablet in a triangle or it will slide down. I've seen people complain about not being able to hold the tablet, but if you try to prop it up with the tablet pointing straight at you or it's too high it will fall. I sit on my bed, prop it up a bit with the tablet and everything works fine.
