The quality is excellent. "Phew" is perfect. The lining protects the tulle from scratches on little legs.

I ordered two white over the knee tutus for my twin daughters. I ordered a medium and a small. The dress is like a little mini skirt. I was expecting the size to be small but still above the knee. Mmm🤦. You are 6 years old. I think you get what you pay for! So if you ever need to order two dresses of different sizes, it's possible that one will be shorter than the other. Yes, there is a lining inside. My daughter's height and weight are not correct, I could not insert what I need

I like the satin lining as it is comfortable on my baby's skin. The skirt is wide enough for dresses to puff up. My girl is 5 years old on average and I ordered a medium size which fits well. I originally ordered a small one but it was too short to use as a petticoat to create a full skirt for a long dress. The small size for my 5 year old was also a bit tight. I had quick and free returns and then re-ordered the medium which was much better in length and roomier in the waist.
