It's beautiful; but it is much smaller than i thought. The stone is only 1 inch long. The stone I received was completely transparent. The chain is a thin silver rope. It is nicely packaged with a small piece of selenite. I am putting together a layered necklace with other stones and this one is too small to combine with others so will probably come back. Too bad they didn't list the size in the ad before I ordered it.
