I hobbled walking daily in pain because my feet were so dry and cracked. At times the cracks were so bad they bled. I'm Diabetic so wounds heal slowly. First the taper is very short so the stretch is aggressive. The tunnel is larger than the taper so there is a lip to get over and that was not fun. To top it off i could not for the life of me unscrew the taper from the tunnel. I do not recommend this product. See full review
