🚿 Rust-Resistant Stainless Steel Expanding Shower Caddy by Zenna Home Review

We have had this car less than 6 months and even after 2 months of use there are rust spots on the corners. Not satisfied with the product, wrote a complaint to the company. I hope you work with us.

We hung this in the shower on March 24th. Only 2 of us use the shower and as we work out/shower at the gym the shower is used about 5 times a week. It's been less than a month and it's starting to rust! See attached photos. Our shower is large, spacious and clean. The reason we spent money on the stainless steel version is that it won't rust and it's beautiful too. We don't understand why it rusts with so little use! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISAPPOINTED.

This car is definitely roomy. It goes with all my shampoos and other shower products. I was looking for something that would accommodate a double rain shower and hand held shower. It looks great and has a lot of space. I just installed it. So let's look at the durability and rust factor as I've read other reviews. So far, so good. Met all my requirements. Except the price! Update 12/13/18: Rust is appearing on the top shelves. 🙁

I am writing this review on 1/1/21. The shower cubicle was delivered on 11/16/20. I live alone so one person showers every day. My bathroom is well ventilated so it dries quickly. There's no excuse for so much rusting in just a month and a half. Also, the suction cups just don't hold up so the cart is always crooked no matter how hard I try to balance things. four shelves. On the positive side it lasts a lot and looked good until rust formed.

Three stars! The thing stuck to the smooth solid wall of our shower for about two weeks, but since then the suction cups often won't hold it in place even during a shower. So it's always a bit squinting. The way the shelves expand is annoying because they move and don't stay permanently locked in the fully open position, we aim to hold them for maximum storage. It worked well at first - I cleaned and dried my shower screen, installed it and didn't think about it anymore. Then yesterday, about a month later, it just "stopped working". The rubber grip holding the cart to the pipe coming out of the wall has started to slide down the pipe (although the pipe is very sticky, like there was some duct tape left on it). Received and installed today. Most of my shower walls are tiled. I decided to buy extra suction cups for this and I'm glad I did. Additional suction cups were needed immediately. They are a larger diameter than the ones that come with the kit and I bought 2 kits for a total of 4 extras and I needed them. I placed 2 smaller diameter suction cups on the bottom wire or crossbar and spaced them as far apart as possible, making sure they were in the center of the tile and not in areas chalked like…

This was the only one I found that didn't rust and matched the shower pipe I installed. I was afraid it would be too clumsy, but instead it turned out amazing. If you use your shower wand a lot you might have a hard time pulling it out, but I rarely use mine so that's not a problem. Mine is only used by one person in the shower so I had plenty of room.
