Not metallic! See Drawing

If you're considering buying these pins for their metal quality, don't worry. Although they appear metallic when wet, almost any appearance of "metallicity" disappears when dry. (See photo below.) This applies to both light and black paper.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Expandable

These are my favorite calligraphy pens

These are my favorite calligraphy pens. All my Christmas cards are addressed with metal pins. Writing is smooth and ink flows easily. The lines are clear; no bleeding. Love uniquely different colors that are superior to the usual primary colors. Pen only 3.5 and 2.0, not 5.0. I like; I have a set of 10 larger pins with 5.0 and 2.0. Will have to buy these metallics again. I am spoiled.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Reliability

THANK YOU for a QUALITY PRODUCT! GREAT!

Love it! Very high quality and worth $$ - so much so that I bought TWO as my 11 year old keeps borrowing them and they disappear! ;) THANK YOU TO THE COMPANY, employees - who MAKE the company :) And to everyone involved at ZIG! Love ALL your products! Good job to you all, from the CEO/FEO to your factory workers! THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! :) PS. It's hard to find "quality" these days, but you did a great job. I am very satisfied and would recommend them…

Pros
  • Good assembly

High quality markers that are worth the price of admission

The color and quality of these markers are fantastic and worth considering if you are considering this purchase. The metallic nature of the flowers is subtle but striking. The turning tips have proven incredibly useful, especially when detail is needed from a smaller nib. Colors are generally a bit dull and seem to tend towards a greyish version of all colours, however this does not detract from the quality of the ink or the overall effect of the colour. Highly recommended!

Amazing on black paper!

This is such a good deal. I paid $11.21 for 6 markers. I love writing on black paper and they look amazing on black. I'm just starting to learn about calligraphy so please don't judge my bad handwriting but I had to show you how good they look on black. Each has a double tip, one end is 2mm and the other is 3.5mm. If you like these markers, they also have the same markers in other colors (non-metal) in another set. I took a photo to help you determine if they fit you and to show you how great…

Pros
  • Crafts and Sewing
Cons
  • No Instructions

The colors are more of a muted metallic which suits me

I'm a little crazy about calligraphy markers at the moment and I'm buying whatever I can find. These are the only metal pens I could find (if you don't include Uchida's crayons). I mainly used them on white cardstock that I used to create my own bullet journal. No bleed through on the cards but I did notice some lint on the paper due to the ingredients, density and fluidity of the ink. The colors are more muted metallic, which suits me. I wish the little tip was even smaller because I prefer to
