Zippo 29871 Zippo Nautical Lighters Review

The detailing on this Cthulu Zippo is incredible. It feels like it has been engraved in the light and the gold really shines on the black service. Zippo is one of my favorites and I use it a lot.

Upon receipt my poor aunt completely lost her mind. We've been waiting for this for years, and were little surprised when she began to rave about "songs of nocturnal creatures gaily and poisonously walking along the edge." Anyway, it's a great lighter and I'm sure Auntie Rosa will be fine.

Product arrived on time. A very good gift for D&D players. My son loved it and is very proud of it. He doesn't smoke or anything so he'll probably stay on the shelf forever, but the first thing he did was call his friends and send pics, then he put him at the front of the stand.

The photos don't do this lighter justice, it's just beautiful. This will be a wonderful gift. If you are looking for a unique, useful and beautiful gift, this lighter is for you. Don't forget the liquid, you can buy a bottle at any local gas station for less than $5.

Cthulhu fans, this is the Zippo for you! The pattern on the lighter is great and it has everything you need except lighter fluid. It is easy to assemble and fill. This lighter is perfect for carrying around, but I'm sure a lighter thief would love to take it out of your hands, so keep a close eye on it.

I collect old lighters and have some old Zippos in my collection. This example caught my attention simply because of the Cthulhu engraving and I bought it to carry with me every day. .The quality of the laser engraving is fantastic and of course it works just as well as any other Zippo. I'll probably stop using this one soon and add it to my collection because it's so beautifully carved it's sure to become a classic. and collectible in the future.

The Zippo itself is a great product that will last a long time with proper care. They have an amazing service policy for an amazing product. I bought this as a graduation present for my brother knowing he loves scrimshaw. At first I expected the decal to be a sticker, but the scrimshaw areas are actually the plates on the lighter itself with designs on the plates. I was pleasantly surprised by this. Admittedly the records aren't true scrimshaws, but I mean what do you expect.

I don't smoke anymore but back then these zip up lighters were always better than Bic disposable lighters. My first Zippo was a matte silver metallic, and this bronze definitely seems a lot bolder. Sea carving is also a plus and draws a lot of attention from friends and colleagues when I use it. I know Zippo advises against using non-Zippo parts, but I wasn't a huge fan of flint. This is my first "genuine" Zippo, I used to have cheap fakes. Great price on this one here at Revain compared to Zippo.com! Most negative Zippos reviews don't understand how they work, they come empty and you have to add liquid fuel.
