Dead on arrival it doesn't recognize the black cartridge at first. Accept this. I will return them and they sent me a second one exactly the same question

Waste of money never printed I buy a ready to use universal cartridge from Revain and it works straight away so the problem wasn't my printer it was bad ink that ended up everywhere. Don't waste your money I can't get it back if you open this lucky one and try to seal it for shipping.

The ink seems fine, but the printer thinks all the ink is black. The test page prints in black where it should be in color. Does the color cartridge appear to be filled with three black ink tanks? I'm not sure how to test this further.

I received this item today and not only is it open but it seems to be out of ink and the returned black cartridge was full of ink on the outside of my hands dirty and clothes because i didn't expect it to be there i need to know if i should come back

I used to have good luck with remanufactured cartridges, but not with these. They are recognized by the printer and the printer says they are full, but the print quality is terrible. We can't even get black to print, the color is completely washed out and has streaks. I will not buy this brand again. Would give zero if I could

I've seen reviews that said the printer won't read the ink cartridge. It worked on mine. We have an HP 3830 and had no problem getting the printer to read it. I've had this with other printers where the printer reported low ink but still worked. This was because it was not genuine HP ink. It should be noted that the sticker with the chip must not be removed. Only remove the one marked Peel, not the one for chips. They say you get what you pay for but that's not true refund, I found them at Revain and got both the color and the black for less than what I paid for the HP color. I saved 15.00 by returning and buying it and got the bonus black that was included. What a deal for a product that works as well as the HP brand.

Ordered and received 2 packs of remanufactured 63xl cartridges. I haven't used the tri-color cartridge yet, but my printer didn't recognize the black cartridge even though it was the correct cartridge.
