Very sharp and comfortable grip. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this for those with thick nails. I almost went through 2 of my dad's toenails when he just broke me! This is the best toenail clipper I have ever used. Compared to the best clippers I've bought in stores before, they have a sharper tip, better protective cap, better tension and a superior grip. I ordered this toenail clipper for my girlfriend as she doesn't have a computer and doesn't want one either. When they arrived she told me that "they were exactly the ones she was looking for in stores but couldn't find because of her thick toenails". These machines have been working great for the past three months. Grabbed them tonight to trim some nails and the spring handle just fell off. After reading other reviews it turned out that there is a quality issue that needs to be addressed. Update: Zizzili recently contacted me and they sent me a new set of hair clippers to replace my broken set. They fixed the bug and in my opinion they deserve a better rating! These clippers look solid. rubber grip. Its slim compact shape. It has a spring that you put between the handles so the handles spring back when you clamp them down. But there is no torque, and that may be because the cutting blade isn't strong enough for the toenails. At least not for me during this pandemic. You've gotten fatter. More than you need to know. But I got them because my regular nail clipping routine was ruined. It only took me one use to realize these wire cutters are overpriced.
