I ordered this for my 7 year old granddaughter's birthday and she loved it. She immediately started writing and drawing, and I liked that too. It's easy to draw with the included pens, and she also drew by scratching with her nails. The colors are bold and the work looks great.

I remember the "fun" time when we colored paper and then covered it with black chalk. I thought my grandson would enjoy using easy to use paper. After a brief explanation of how it worked, he was hooked and set to work creating his drawings on face-down rainbow paper.

This is a really good gift for kids or adults who like to be creative. There are so many things in it and everything in it is easy to use. It's really good fun, taking kids and adults away from electronics and helping them get creative, which is always a good thing. It's really fun and the price was great so I can say I'm very happy with it!

2 notebooks and 6 stencils! My girls (6 and 8 years old) love things like this and she was thrilled to see this as a present for her (8 year old) birthday. I like that there are different templates in the set. The paper is thick so I don't have to worry about her accidentally punching a hole in it. This would be great for a machine if you don't want to risk marker messes, melted crayons, or pencil shavings all over your floor! If you're having trouble finding a gift, here it is!

I bought this for two children, 4 and 6 years old. They both loved it and so did I! The paper is thick and comfortable, tearing when drawing is not scary. All of the pins were quite rough at the pointed ends. I was afraid that the children would get fragments. I cut out the conical parts with a utility knife and then they were fine. For the price I would have liked a few more sheets, but the quality of the paper is really good and the colors are nice and strong.
