Well cut and a little small. I usually wear a size 6-8 medium in clothes and usually buy small thong underwear. I ordered a small one. The belt is sturdy and well made, but is a bit tight for the small size. I will keep these and just wear them snug, but I will order a larger size. If you usually wear a medium size 6-8, you should order a medium size. If you are a size 4-6, order a small one.

In general I like it very much. I ordered them to try them out because for some reason I couldn't find my favorite VS-V strings in stores and they looked comparable. I wear a size 4 and small in VS underwear and based on other reviews I ordered on medium. Definitely still snug (although not that uncomfortable) and will likely get big if I order them again in the future, which I probably will if they hold up. For those of you who wore the discontinued Victoria's Secret thong, here's a solid replacement. I usually wear size Lg in VS products and based on the reviews I went for size XL in this cotton thong. A pair of LG VS over XL is included and they're pretty close. The white cotton thong is very comfortable and the belt is made of a nice stretchy material that feels soft and not cheap. If you know your absolute underwear size, it's designed to be standard maybe slightly smaller and while they are stretchy they are not as stretchy as some other brands. What can I say, they are great! After reading other reviews I ordered the Big first. The belt fits but there is a small gap at the back so they are too big.
