Broke after second use.

My daughter wanted this school backpack. She loves how big it is and that it has deep side pockets for a water bottle. However, the back strap broke after the second use at school. She doesn't have many books so I was surprised. She loves it so much that I sewed on the back straps for her rather than sending it back as it's probably a manufacturing defect. I don't have a sewing machine so the stitching doesn't look good. If you buy this I would reinforce the straps before use.

This is a huge bag that can hold a lot of stuff.

Bought this for my 12 year old daughter, she loved it, looks exactly like the picture. My daughter fits a lot of things in it it's very good for school trips whatever lol she showed me how big it was when she first got it by putting her 6 month old little brother in it like she could literally hide in it. it's so big i was a little surprised it fit so well and still she had plenty of room in it so yeah it's really good for school trips.

Amazing and comfortable backpack

I've had this bag for a month now and it's surprisingly well made and durable. It is also very comfortable to wear, the straps are soft and easy to adjust. The space inside the bag is amazing, you can put a lot of stuff in it and it can be used for daily use or study including college! All the pockets included are also useful if, like me, you like to keep your bag organized and clean. It's worth the price and I recommend buying it if you use a cute bag and also want to use it the way you want…

Critical Baggage & Travel Gear Defect

So we already have two of these after replacing the first one. Now the second one has the same problem. The straps are held in place by a single stitch from which they are pulled out. It looks like the designer provided two stitches to hold the straps, but the manufacturer didn't place the straps low enough for two stitches to go over it? It's sad because they're pretty cute. It just doesn't work as a backpack if the straps don't hold up. Now we have to decide if we want to return bag #2 or get

Get your measurements right and then order. Basically satisfied. The product is not suitable for most laptops in the soft part.

Will NOT fit Samsung Chrombook Plus in Soft Bay - 11.04 x 8.72 x 0.55 inches. You need to buy a separate computer/laptop/chromebook case and put it in the main compartment. The bottom of the main compartment is NOT SOFT. I bought some cheap $5 foam and RIGID poster board and taped them together to fit on the base so there is now some "padding".
