Broke after second use.
My daughter wanted this school backpack. She loves how big it is and that it has deep side pockets for a water bottle. However, the back strap broke after the second use at school. She doesn't have many books so I was surprised. She loves it so much that I sewed on the back straps for her rather than sending it back as it's probably a manufacturing defect. I don't have a sewing machine so the stitching doesn't look good. If you buy this I would reinforce the straps before use.
