I should have read more about this product before buying it. It's just overpriced ammonia. I wouldn't say it's safe for reptiles. It kills bacteria but you have to be very careful with it, make sure it's fully ventilated before putting things back in. This is a great cleaning method. But it's really just a house cleaner, nothing special for reptiles. To be honest it looks like false advertising

Medical disinfectant for aquariums or reptile enclosures. This is really great for reptile rugs. I soak the eco rug in a diluted solution of Zoomedical wipes for several hours, then rinse and dry thoroughly. I have never had any lingering odors or odors and know that I clean thoroughly to keep my child safe and infection free.

First I received a large bottle without realizing its size and frankly I am delighted. Really incredible for the price. Second, this thing works MIRACLES. I first used it when cleaning reptile tanks and all my reptile lovers know how earthy and damp and sometimes stinky a tank can smell after a few months. I removed all substrate and sprayed this substance. Leave for 5 minutes. and BAM. No smell, like new off the shelf. I was rightly surprised and excited. I will never use anything else again…
