I ordered this because there were no stores in my area that sold the accessory kit but they did sell the recorder. "Dead Cat" or whatever it's called does a great job of stopping pops in the sound. I haven't used the power cord because the batteries aren't dead yet and I don't record very much, but if I do it will be nice. It works as expected.

I don't give this set 3 stars because it's bad, everything is exactly what I need. This means ALL of these items should be included with the H4N Pro at the time of purchase. It's just a way for ZOOM to get a nickel and a dime for an extra $40. It says the deal. A hairy windshield is a must for field work. The splitter cable is nice and compact. If you are using an H4n to connect a camera, you NEED an attenuator cable. a furry windshield and an extra USB cable for about $40 (if you try to buy each of those things separately when it's over $40). to your camera), so it's a good $40 deal! Another reviewer mentioned that to my knowledge the kit "does not contain what is shown in the picture" but I think they are wrong.
