ZOOYOO Tissue Tassels Confetti Balloons Review

The balloons were inflated with helium and looked great. But when we added tassels to the rope, it became too heavy and weighed down the balloon. We didn't manage to use them for the hen party as planned. upset

I couldn't use the balloons for the big event I had planned. Trying to fill them was a horrible process. They just have to be "perfect" or they won't float and/or burst. It was a huge waste of money for me.

These balloons weren't even inflated to be round and they didn't even float with helium. They fell to the ground and the confetti didn't stick to the sides at all even if you rub the balloon. This is a waste of money and time! DO NOT BUY!

This is a scam. There are TWO tassels, ONE gold and ONE white, not enough to cover the entire length of the CHEAP THIN string, and the confetti in the balloon makes it heavier so it WILL NOT PLACE even with helium, I had to go to a party in one City go day event and it was beyond stressful

Terrible! These balloons are not transparent and do not look like the picture at all. I spent $20 to inflate two balloons for my daughter's birthday - the confetti was still at the bottom of the balloons, plus one of them popped spontaneously in less than an hour. Big disappointment. Don't waste money!

They have served their purpose! They are SO BIG! I didn't realize it until I pumped air into them! We made it anyway! I would recommend going to party town to blow them up as our helium can didn't work that well. 4 stars because the confetti doesn't fall apart unless you shake the balloons. However, they are cute and a lot cheaper than spending $40 on a balloon from others who all sell them so fancy!

I was very disappointed that the brushes had to be collected. It came with sheets of tissue paper to wrap around the rope and separate. It was a big pain, the paper tore easily and it only included one string (for 2 balloons) about 24 inches long, not enough to hold more than 4 tassels and not enough string for both balloons. The balloons were still not see through when inflated and there were no instructions in the packaging. Honestly I would just pay more in the party town. Lesson learned.

Balloons come with confetti which is a plus as many of the other products I reviewed make confetti by hand should have placed balloons. They are flat with gold, silver and blue pick up tassels and are quite difficult to put together and lie flat on the ribbon as shown in the picture. Blowing it up with helium in Party City cost me about $7 a balloon. I believe the product said it would stay drained for 2 weeks but they only lasted 3 days.
