DO NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM

that couldn't login from a laptop and had to go through their systems to login and view the cameras which doesn't allow for customization anyway. poor instructions after spending hundreds of dollars on camera wiring.

The system itself is inconvenient for the user, as is the application. I still don't understand how to reproduce the detected motion. Cameras turn off all the time for no reason. It's extremely annoying to spend so much money on something that should simply work but doesn't.

System with a good price-performance ratio

I find the price-performance ratio good. Easy to install and good cameras. Excellent customer service! I received a defective camera and after 6 months I was refunded the money. The biggest downside is the dash cam software and app. The app keeps crashing. I look forward to them fixing this as they have such great customer service. Overall I'm happy with it.

They want the best deal/deal involved in this scam they are perpetuating!

In all cases it was a DVR security camera. She had a problem with the cameras not being able to see and the cameras lights stopped working. I called, got hired by Zosi technicians and should have gotten a partial refund as they didn't want to repair or replace the unit under their 2 year warranty and send it back! There is no word that he will not buy this device again. The Zosi mobile app sucks!

Best camera ready to use

I love these cameras, the hardest part was setting it up on pc to watch but the technician who helped me online via facebook chat fixed the problem pretty quickly. I'm not very computer savvy so some of the settings seemed completely unfamiliar to me, but now that I've seen how it's done it seems a lot easier now. I have to say the support was painless and very helpful. I will definitely be buying another system and I highly recommend this system. I really want to know how good the photos areโ€ฆ

I need to update my review. In less than a year, the two cameras began receiving verified lines on the screen. They will replace, but only after dismantling your guard and sending them cameras. Bad guarantee process. First off, I left tech support blank because we didn't need support. Installation took 2 hours to drill, repair, install cameras, run cables, enter the house in one place and install the DVR. The app works great too.
