Ok considering I haven't even had a year and already have two broken cameras and I made a service request earlier today they did reply but they asked me for all weird numbers and stuff , so I left them my number if they call me, yes I will upgrade them to five stars if they give a guarantee on their product and if not they have a very dissatisfied rustic buyer on their part, especially since He has too did not pay for the 3-year extended warranty

We used to buy a device from the same brand and it worked wonders so we wanted to buy another one but it kept disconnecting from wifi. We thought it was a wifi issue so a technician came to us and fixed it and they said the dashcam was broken. Works perfectly! Only problem is no sound

These cameras work great, are easy to install and the picture quality is perfect day or night. The motion detection is great and keeps alerting us. If I have one gripe, it's that it sends a notification whenever you move it, especially when the wind is blowing and the leaves on the tree are moving. I would prefer that to cameras that don't respond to motion, so overall I'm very happy and would recommend these cameras. However, they don't have audio so I'm going to buy one from his brand that…

Everyone loves it. All connected. Lay all cables as indicated. The picture looks pretty good to me. After 2 days. it died Every 5 minutes. Turn off, beep and turn on again. Yes, the app sucks. This is my third video surveillance system with a DVR. I used to have an Owl and a Samsung. Both were sufficient. It's not like this. It worked fine for about 3 days then when I stopped worrying about all the bad reviews it stopped working. Tries to restart the phone and the DVR. It just stopped working out of the blue. Now I could play around with it for a few hours and try to get it working again, but let's face it. If this happened after just 3 days of use, what's the use
