I have been using ZOUT for a few years now and recommend it to family and friends. I've always found the product (with the red spray tip) to work better than any other enzymatic stain remover... It was out of stock for many months like many other products, but now it's back. It has a new bottle with a blue spray tip and I think the ZOUT formula has changed too.
