To give you an idea I'm a US size 20 and my wrist size is 8 inches and they fall/twist on me. Not only is it difficult to put on an elastic for your hair, but they also fall off pretty easily. BUT they look very nice and you can bend them to fit better if you try hard enough. I will continue to wear them despite the loose fit.

Definitely one of the best headbands. The groove is deep enough to keep the tie in place for everyday wear and it occasionally loosens up when I'm very active, but not as much as any of the other bracelets I've tried. It's also pretty easy to adjust the size up or down by heating it up a bit and pushing or pulling in.

When it arrived it was very large and I had to bend it to fit. The only way I got it to fit my wrist was by closing the hole, so I now have it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Luckily it seems to be of very high quality and hasn't lost its color after a month of constant use and water. In truth, he doesn't hold his hair that well unless it's SUPER tight. adorable as a cuff though!
