This strap is nice and doesn't bother my wrist like the plastic that Fitbit comes with. It's easy to slip on and off for charging, or adjust for hotter/cooler days when my arm feels better with a tighter/looser fit. For me there are two downsides. First, the magnet used to close the watch is pretty strong, so it will stick to random things (mostly my keys and work laptop). I like the handy carrying strap but it doesn't store enough data. By that I mean that the bracelet doesn't help to accurately track steps or even sleep. Don't write often.
