Cheap imports, save yourself trouble and quality.
Difficult to understand instructions are easy enough to install. Looks like cheap imported junk. Don't waste your time, money and effort like I did and buy a quality branded product from a company that cares about the price. Didn't realize we would need flooring and the instructions said we could request it on their website which we did. It arrived after 10 days. It would be nice to already add it like others do, or let you know ahead of time that you might need it. After installation it was easy to see that this faucet was poorly made and looks like it was.
