Product packaging was great and all parts were present. They included some extra rubber washers and some adapter valves. Overall the installation was pretty easy, taking about 20 minutes. I like the smooth look and the strong spray. I gave it 4 stars because the part of the faucet where it rotates left to right seems a bit dim. I hope this product will last for many years but for the price it was worth it.

I would give 5 stars if they included a 3 hole lid in the box. They will happily ship it to you for free if you email them. Easy installation with split mounting nut. Supplied with braided stainless steel hoses with 3/8 compression fittings. They are sufficient for almost all installations. Made of stainless steel and brass; unchromed plastic. The retractable shower head stays in "spray" mode even at low flow rates. Overall this is a very good faucet for the money.

Difficult to understand instructions are easy enough to install. Looks like cheap imported junk. Don't waste your time, money and effort like I did and buy a quality branded product from a company that cares about the price. I just finished installing this faucet. It was pretty easy. The only issue I had was that one of the two large main stem mounting bolts did not have slots for a screwdriver, rendering it unusable. Very strange. Looks like a manufacturing defect. I was able to tighten it as best I could with pliers and it seemed secure enough. The rest works great. This faucet is beautiful and easy to install, but the water pressure is too strong. It's so powerful that water splashes everywhere (bouncing off your hands and utensils and flooding the walls). If they included an additional adjustable flow (basically just a 2 cent piece of rubber) then this would be the perfect faucet. If I can't find a way to reduce the water pressure I'll probably have to return this one and get another one. The only other thing is that the plumbing lines are only 18 inches
