Review on Simplify Reality by Frank Dubey

The support team at Simplify Reality are very helpful and willing to guide you through the process if you are unsure of how to use their tool. They have a wide range of features which allows for a lot of flexibility in your setup. The interface seems to be a bit clunky but it's possible to get used to it fairly quickly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a tool which can do a lot of things for you. We are currently automating the creation of reports for our sales and management teams but also creating a new CRM tool for the team as well. The simplicity in which the system works makes it easy for users who are not technical experts to use the platform without any issues or complications. I would love if there were more features available as well as additional training material that could be provided by Salesforce support. We have been able to solve our problems with Customer Service using this software tool.
