Pretty good saw best in my review

Pretty good saw. Out of the box the blade makes nice vertical cuts and after some futzing around with the vice, makes nice 45 degree cuts too. Cutting fluid on the cutting area is definitely recommended.Shipping however . is another matter. The final freight delivery was handled by &#34;Expedited Express Delivery Service&#34;. When I made the delivery appointment, I was told &#34; . between noon and 5pm&#34;. I got a call at work at 11:08am saying &#34;I'm 30-35 minutes away&#34;. Rushed home . and waited . and waited. Finally got a call at 5:54pm saying &#34;I've been diverted north but can be there in 35 minutes&#34;. Finally got here at 6:38pm. &#34;Expedited Express&#34; my ass . good thing my company is flexible and I can work-from-home.

The saw was delivered before the estimated delivery date and in good condition. It was packed pretty well, with minor damage on the bottom. The Grizzly saw was easy to assemble, although it could have had more flat washers. The bolt holes are elongated for flexibility in assembly and the washers supplied didn''t offer support. I thought the handle for moving the unit was a bit flimsy. I substituted my own design, which is rigid in a horizontal position. All things considered, it''s a great buy.
