It's easy to use, it works great with our ticketing system (Pipedrive) so tickets are automatically created when an issue arises; we can see who opened/closed issues in real time which makes managing workloads much easier for us as managers ; I don't have any dislikes about this product at all! We've been using Supportdesk since 2011 without major problems or glitches - very happy customer here :). Automating workflows has reduced human error considerably by reducing manual processes that could lead into mistakes being made during busy times of year such as Christmas / New Year etc.;.
