Screws too short and customer service useless
I ordered the correct product for my ladder but the screws were so short they didn't even go all the way through the fin so of course I couldn't attach them to my ladder . I called manufacturer support (not Revain) twice about the issue but they never figured out that they had a screw length issue on ANY ladder. I went to the hardware store and bought new screws and the flipper works fine, that's good news.
