Note: My first real jointer. Does not bog down with 8" of oak. Love the length of the table. Came all assembled in one box. Get a truck with a lift if in doubt. Only a month of intermittent use but all good so far. If I had to find something negative to write I might list that you will want to get a vacuum system as the chips do not fall out of the machine easily. I would buy again.
