Review on 365Ticketing by Edwin Black

I have been using this for my workplace to manage tickets across different projects that we are working in at any given time. It is very easy set up with no training required whatsoever! The only thing i dislike about it personally would maybe be if there was more automation available but otherwise its great so far - you get what u pay for right? If your looking into something like this then take advantage of their trial version because they do give out free trials before purchasing anything else. This helps me keep track over all our work together without having multiple desktop applications open/ running constantly etc in order to see progress updates from each member involved within one project area at once when compared against another team members own dashboard. Its perfect solution especially since everyone has access via either web browser through mobile devices too (which makes sense). Also makes managing tasks much easier than going back n.
